Ann H. O’Connell, 85, died Tuesday at Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock. She owned and operated Ann’s Beauty Shop on the North Side of Chicago for many years. She is survived by her nephew, Richard Jovita; and four great-nieces and great-nephews.
