I have a question about the July 16 article about proposed fiscal reforms for the United Nations (“Prodded by U.S., UN’s leader to propose wide reforms,” Main news).
Sen. Rod Grams (R-Minn.) was quoted as saying, “We really wanted the UN to be introspective and to focus on what it does well.”
What exactly are those things that the UN does well?
