The Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois has agreed to transfer its property listings electronically to the Chicago Tribune HOMES Internet site. The agreement will enable some 3,000 area real estate offices, if they choose, to post their MLS listings on the site without charge. The Northern Illinois MLS has 75,000 active listings.
