The Emerald City will come to the Windy City on Friday, Saturday and Aug. 3 as the Oz Festival descends on Lincoln Park. Perhaps the closest thing Chicago has to a county fair, the festival features rides, entertainment, games, pony rides, juried arts and crafts, face painting, and a parade– not to mention food you won’t find in Kansas. Adult admission is $3 until 6 p.m., then $4. Under 10 and over 65 pay $1.

The Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce Oz hot line is 773-929-TOTO.
