Douglas A. Lambert, 54, an 18-year employee of the Arlington Heights Water Production Department, died Thursday in Northwest Community Hospital. Mr. Lambert was a Wheeling resident and a former treasurer of the Boy Scouts of America Posts Nos. 36 and 262 of Prospect Heights. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; a son, Daniel; his mother, Lena; two sisters; and a brother. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Kingswood United Methodist Church, 401 W. Dundee Rd., Buffalo Grove.
