The three final models have been opened by Zale Homes at WoodBridge, an Elgin community planned for 534 single-family homes.
The two-story models, which include the Boone, Franklin and Grant, are all part of Zale’s All American series.
The 2,522-square-foot Grant plan offers three bedrooms plus a loft, with an optional fourth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, den, family room, two-car garage and basement with crawl space. It is priced from $183,900.
WoodBridge features three series of floor plans that collectively offer nine floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,880 square feet and are priced from $149,900 to $220,900.
They include three or four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths, a basement and an attached two- or three-car garages.
The sales center, located on Randall Road about one mile south of Illinois Highway 20 (Lake Street), is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

– KLM Builders has opened a new ranch model at the Woods of Antioch, a semi-custom single-family home community in north suburban Antioch.
The new 1,809-square-foot Augusta model, with three bedrooms and two baths, is one of 12 floor plans offered. Its highlights include a great room with woodburning fireplace and optional skylights, screened porch, patio, full walkout basement, breakfast area with bay windows, and a two-car garage. It is priced from $210,900 to $217,900, depending on the elevation.
The Woods of Antioch floor plans range from 1,700 to 2,453 square feet and typically feature three or four bedrooms, a breakfast room, and family room with fireplace. They are priced from $179,900 to $219,900 and sit on lots a quarter acre and larger.
Standard amenities include volume ceilings (per plan), basements, central air conditioning and brick exteriors. Walkout basements are optional.

– Six decorated models have opened for display at Georgetown at Turnberry in northwest suburban Lakewood.
The community, located just west of Crystal Lake, is being developed by J.P. O’Connor & Co. and will include 60 one- and two-story townhouses and 24 duplexes, which adjoin the 13th and 14th fairways of the Red Tail Golf Course.
Townhouses are priced from $144,200 to $163,900, and the duplexes from $213,625 to $220,875.
Four townhouse floor plans include one ranch and three two-story designs, ranging from 1,344 to 1,707 square feet, with two bedrooms and a loft or three bedrooms and 1 1/2 or two baths. They also have central air conditioning, fireplaces and attached two-car garages.
One of the two duplex designs includes a first-floor master bedroom. The two plans range from 1,805 to 2,035 square feet with two bedrooms and loft or three bedrooms, two to 2 1/2 baths, central air conditioning, fireplace and attached two-car garage.
