Orlin H. Waldbart of Rolling Meadows died Tuesday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. He was 82. Born in Chicago, Mr. Waldbart also lived in Oak Park for several years. Before retiring, he worked as a pipe fitter and an electrician. Survivors include his wife, Anne C.; a daughter, Laura A.; and a brother. Services were held Friday in Oehler Funeral Home, Des Plaines.
