Willard E. Hanlon died Tuesday in Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. He was 80. Mr. Hanlon was a resident of Park Ridge for 28 years and was retired from a job with the U.S. government. Survivors include his wife, Elsie; a daughter, Linda Kraus; a son, Jerry; a brother; and three grandchildren. Services for Mr. Hanlon were held Friday in Nelson Funeral Home, Park Ridge.
