Walter G. Hepner, 84, a Chicago bank executive, died Thursday at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. A resident of Lincolnwood, Mr. Hepner spent his entire banking career at the Exchange National Bank of Chicago. He was executive vice president and a director when he retired. Survivors include his wife, Mildred; a son, Bruce; a brother; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday in Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
