Platinum Technology Inc. of Oakbrook Terrace reached bundling partnerships with 22 original-equipment manufacturers for Platinum’s Virtual reality modeling language, or VRML, systems. Terms were withheld. Platinum Technology said that under the agreements, the hardware and software vendors, Internet service providers and book and magazine publishers will be adding Platinum’s VRML systems to their own product offerings. VRML is used for developing interactive 3D content for the Web, intranets and client/server applications, the company said.
