Arthur J. Wagner, 82, of Rolling Meadows, died Monday in his home. Mr. Wagner was born in Chicago and was a mechanical engineer in the steel and foundry industry. Survivors include his wife, Marie; a daughter, Ardys; and two grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Colette Church, 3900 Meadows Drive, Rolling Meadows.
