Martha E. McMullen, 87, of Crystal Lake, died Aug. 2 at Fair Oaks Health Care Center in Crystal Lake. She was a registered nurse at Grant Hospital in Chicago for 20 years and a member of the Nurses Alumni Association of Grant Hospital. She is survived by her son, William E.; four granddaughters; and a great-granddaughter. Services were private.
