Preconstruction sales are winding down as construction is set to begin at 1122 North Dearborn, a Surf Development Corp. community of 76 condominums in a 20-story building in Chicago.
Floor plans range from 970 to 1,720 square feet and are preconstruction priced from $130,000 to $320,000. They offer from one bedroom and one bath to three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
