Anna Delly, 94, of unincorporated Lake Forest, died Aug. 1 in her home. A native of Slovakia, Mrs. Delly came to this country in 1924, according to her son, John. She and her husband at one time operated a grocery and meat market in Chicago. Other survivors include a daughter, Ludmila Carlson; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Services were private.
