Jane A. Hochhalter, 64, a longtime resident of Palatine, died Thursday in Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. Born in Pine Bluff Wis., Mrs. Hochhalter was a homemaker who lived in Palatine for 34 years. She was a member of the St. Thomas of Villanova Women’s Guild. Survivors include her husband, Harlen; son, James; and two daughters, Julie Bonefas and Cheri Allen; her mother Josephine Kalscheur; four grandchildren; a sister; and three brothers. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 1138 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine.
