Ray Moseley’s and Mr. Franklin’s reporting are of the kind that the Trib’s foreign desk has needed for a long time. In fact, this kind of journalism is reminiscent of the glory days of your former rival, the Chicago Daily News, when its foreign coverage ranked among the best in the country.
