Harold A. Holth, 79, a longtime Lake Forest resident, died at his Lake Bluff home Sunday. He died of a heart attack, said his son, Harold T. Mr. Holth was born on Chicago’s North Side, and later moved to Lake Forest and lived there until two years ago when he moved to Lake Bluff. Mr. Holth was a self-employed machinery salesman. He attended North Park College and was in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Holth’s passion was flying planes, and he did so until a few days before his death. Besides his son, survivors include a daughter, Marguerite H. Coppi; four grandchildren; and a sister. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park.
