Suzanne Blattner, 71, former personnel director of Chicago’s Beverly Bank, died Saturday in her St. Charles home. Mrs. Blattner was a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston and taught elementary school in California and Evergreen Park. She then was a personnel director for several institutions, including the Northern Trust and Beverly Banks, retiring in 1972, according to her husband, Carl. Other survivors include a sister. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Baker Memorial United Methodist Church, Illinois Highway 64 and 3rd Avenue, St. Charles.
