Dun & Bradstreet Corp.’s Reuben H. Donnelley unit and Chicago-based Ameritech Corp. will restructure DonTech, a joint venture formed in 1991 to be the Yellow Pages publisher for Ameritech PagesPlus directories in Illinois and northwest Indiana. Murray Hill, N.J.-based D&B said that as DonTech expanded, several issues “needed to be clarified,” including electronic advertising and terms of the contract with Donnelley’s new Raleigh, N.C., production facility. Under the new structure, DonTech will perform advertising sales, AmeriTech will become the directories’ publisher and Donnelley will supply compilation and composition services.
