Philip Bernstein Jr., 63, of Chicago died Monday in his home. Mr. Bernstein was a stockbroker. Survivors include his wife, Rita; a daughter, Lynn Rachel; and a sister. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Temple Sholom, 3480 N. Lake Shore Drive.
