Eileen N. Baker, 61, a former administrative assistant at Vinylgrain Industries of Illinois, died Monday in Evanston Hospital. She was born and raised in the Lakeview area and was a longtime resident of Morton Grove. Survivors include her husband, Albert; two sons, Bruce and Brian Nopenz; a stepson, Al Baker Jr.; three stepdaughters, Sue Wendt, Cynthia Kowalik and Carol Schelling; a sister; and four grandchildren. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday in Simkins Funeral Home, 6251 Dempster St., Morton Grove. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Martha Catholic Church, 8523 Georgiana Ave., Morton Grove.
