Esther Brody, 79, a longtime resident of Lincolnwood, died Sunday at Rush North Shore Medical Center. A native of Chicago, Mrs. Brody graduated from Marshall High School in Chicago. A homemaker, she devoted most of her time to raising her two children. Survivors include one son, Barry; and two grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 W. Montrose Ave. in Norridge.
