Joan R. Irwin, 66, the office manager for Preston Roofing Co., an industrial roofing company, died Sunday in her Bloomingdale home. A native of Racine, Wis., Mrs. Irwin ran the office for the Chicago-based firm for 30 years. She did some independent real estate work for Baird-Warner in the 1960s, her daughter Kathy said. Other survivors include her husband, Preston; two other daughters, Linda and Karen Romadka; two sons, Preston Charles and James; three brothers; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St., Roselle. Services will be held there at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
