IntegraMed America Inc. completed an asset acquisition and management agreement with Fertility Centers of Illinois, which has six facilities in the Chicago area. The Purchase, N.Y., company said it expects the transaction to add to its revenues this year. IntegraMed said Fertility Centers, a provider of infertility services, generated revenues of $8.3 million in 1996. IntegraMed reported 1996 revenues of $18.3 million and a loss of $1.5 million, or 68 cents a share, which included a charge of 47 cents.
