Minnie Blustein Erlich, 87, a former Chicago resident who moved to San Antonio to operate a concession stand and volunteer at a military base, died Monday at her Texas home. Mrs. Erlich lived on the South Side of Chicago from 1911 to 1943. In San Antonio, she opened a concession stand inside the lobby of a telephone company. After retiring from the stand in 1970, she volunteered at the Fort Sam Houston military base for more than 20 years. There are no immediate survivors. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery, Gate 260, 17th Street and Harlem Avenue, Forest Park.
