Kent M. Shuttleworth, 40, of Buffalo Grove, formerly of Palatine, died Tuesday in Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview. Born in Jackson, Mich., Mr. Shuttleworth was a graduate of Palatine High School and Eastern Illinois University, where he received his bachelor’s degree. Mr. Shuttleworth worked for 16 years at Allstate Insurance Co. where he recently was a senior systems analyst. He is survived by his parents, Walter and Barbara; and a sister. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday until services at 7 p.m. in Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.
