Phyllis A. Sadler, 63, a dental assistant, died Tuesday at her Rolling Meadows home. Mrs. Sadler was born in Chicago. Survivors include her husband, Meryle; a son, Mark; two daughters, Christine Abbate and Susan Cho; two brothers; two sisters; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Rd., Rolling Meadows. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Colette Catholic Church, 3900 Meadow Drive, Rolling Meadows.
