U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Peter Walsh in Wilmington, Del., continued until Monday afternoon a hearing on whether he should issue a permanent injunction preventing Sears, Roebuck and Co. from recruiting employees at Montgomery Ward & Co. Walsh, who is overseeing Wards’ Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, was originally scheduled to rule on the matter Friday. In the meantime, Sears and Wards agreed to extend the temporary restraining order against Sears through Monday.
