Joyce M. Bates, 35, of Lombard, died Friday in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Bates was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Donald A.; a son, Devin; a daughter, Tori; her parents, Jim and Beatrice Havican; and a brother. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd., Lombard. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
