Alice Ruth Balgemann, 84, of Des Plaines, died Tuesday in Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Elk Grove Village. Survivors include two sons, Henry and Vernon; two daughters, Janice and Eloise Seegers; two brothers; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church, 666 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines.
