My family recently visited Chicago. Let me compliment you on a beautiful, diverse and multicultural city. The people are very polite and are always ready to help a tourist.
I must say, however, that the traffic and pollution levels in Cook County and surrounding area are a menace. If your car window is down and you are driving downtown, the bad odor will make you crazy.
Just one person can make a difference. For the sake of your charming, gracious city, I urge the people to check the pollution levels emitted by their cars and trucks. A clean city is good for all those who live in it and visit it.
