Rosemont-based Comdisco Inc., seeking to double its share of the $80 million trading-floor recovery-services market to about 12 percent, said it acquired Chubb Contingency Trading Facility in New York from Chubb Services Corp., a unit of Warren, N.J.-based Chubb Corp. Financial terms were withheld. Trading-floor recovery services provide backup systems to ensure that brokerage firms and financial institutions can continue market trading in the event of a computer system crash.
