Tamara Wegner, 24, of Elgin, died Sunday in Fairview University Medical Center in Minneapolis. Born in Aurora, she was an employee of State Farm Insurance Co. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Connie and Rick Caul; her father and stepmother, Gregory and Barb Wegner; two stepsisters, Lindsey and Jennifer Wegner; two stepbrothers, Casey and Carter Caul; and grandparents Robert and Vivian Wegner. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin, and at 10 a.m. Saturday until services begin at 11 a.m. at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 330 Griswold St., Elgin.
