Harry Heier, 86, founder and former owner of Town and County Juices Co., died Thursday in Mariner Health Care Center, Williams Bay, Wis. Mr. Heier was born and raised on the North Side of Chicago and attended Schurz High School. In 1946, he founded the former fruit juice supply company in Bloomingdale. Mr. Heier retired and sold the company in 1975. During the 1950s, he served as Bloomingdale’s police commissioner. Mr. Heier lived in both Lake Geneva, Wis., and Nokomis, Fla., for the past 25 years, residing six months in each home. He played the saxophone and clarinet in a local jazz band during the 1940s and ’50s. Survivors include his wife, Jeanne; a son, Gregory; a granddaughter; and a great-granddaughter. Services will be held Saturday in Lake Geneva.
