Lorraine G. Tuma, 74, a Chicago native who lived in Leyden Township for 46 years, died Thursday in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Tuma was a receptionist for 11 years at Hoffman Brothers, a Rosemont sewing machine distributor, until her retirement seven years ago. Survivors include two daughters, Sharon VanJacobs and Jayme Witz; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Cuneo-Columbian Funeral Home, 10300 W. Grand Ave., Franklin Park. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Church, 353 E. Fullerton Ave., Addison.
