Steven Seagal’s latest action movie, “Fire Down Below,” opened in the No. 1 spot at the weekend box office, but its $6.1 million take was a modest debut, according to estimates released Sunday. Demi Moore’s turn as a woman trying to make the Navy’s SEAL team in “G.I. Jane” dropped to No. 2 in its third week of release, earning $5.5 million for a total gross of $33.8 million, said Exhibitor Relations Co. Inc.
