Daniel J. Conlin, 61, a vice president of the insurance brokerage firm Marsh & McLennan in Chicago and a longtime resident of Mt. Prospect, died Saturday in his home. The Brooklyn native was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Linda; two sons, Thomas and Michael; a daughter, Lori Conlin; five brothers; two sisters; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect. A mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 411 N. Wheeling Rd., Prospect Heights.
