On Sept. 8, your editorial did it again. If there has been a “relentless barrage of bad news from the Baltics” (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), why has the Tribune failed to report it? Could you have possibly meant the Balkans (the former Yugoslavia, etc.) again?
