R.L. “Pete” Stewart, 51, of Aurora, died Sunday in his home. Born in Clarksdale, Miss., Mr. Stewart was a truck driver for TBS Construction Co. in Plainfield. Survivors include his wife, Minnie; four daughters, Nikki Griffin, Keshia, Angela Davis and Benita; four sons, Tony, Chris, Roderick and Brandon; his mother, Arbertha; three brothers; and eight sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday Christ Temple Church, 212 Richard St., Joliet.
