Lakewood Homes has opened 12 display models at Lakewood Valley, a mixed-product community in Aurora.
The community offers 18 floor plans in three series.
The plans being modeled include four townhouse designs ranging from 1,105 to 1,376 square feet and priced from $92,990 to $117,990. The two-story Athens, Barcelona, Churchill and Darcy plans offer two or three bedrooms, two to 2 1/2 baths, and an attached garage.
The next four plans are part of Lakewood’s Executive Series of single-family homes. The series features ranch and two-story plans ranging from 1,042 to 2,171 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. They are priced from $123,990 to $154,990.
The final four models are from Lakewood’s Estate Series with homes ranging from 2,541 to 4,166 square feet and priced from $176,990 to $234,990. They feature four or five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and attached three-car garages.
Basements, central air conditioning and fireplaces are among available options in the single-family homes.
Lakewood Valley’s sales center is located at 95th Street and Heggs Road and is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

– Meadows Park Estates, a 77-acre community of single- and multi-family homes in Tinley Park, has opened its final phase of sales of single-family homes.
Also, developer Hartz Construction Co. has introduced a new floor plan–the Genesis three-step ranch design. Featuring 2,100 square feet, three bedrooms, two baths, family room and basement, the Genesis is priced from $201,900.
The 65 remaining homes at Meadows Park are available in seven floor plans ranging from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet and priced from $170,400 to $227,900. As an incentive, buyers of the final homes will receive an oak trim upgrade and dishwasher free.

– Haycroft Builders Ltd. has a 3,000-square-foot model for sale at Wallin Woods in Plainfield, planned for 218 single-family homes.
Priced at $289,900, including lot, the two-story home offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.
Features include a study with French doors, kitchen with center island and pantry, second-floor laundry, and family room with 14-foot ceiling, fireplace and large windows. The breakfast area also offers French doors leading to the back yard.

– Three townhouses–including two decorated models–remain for sale at Bristol Park, a 196-unit townhouse community in Tinley Park.
All of the remaining homes include upgraded amenities and are priced from $162,500 to $194,900.
The 1,690-square-foot Dogwood is available for immediate delivery and has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full basement and two-car garage. The two-story plan is priced from $162,500.
The two other available designs range from 1,449 to 1,689 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, basements and attached two-car garages.

– The decorated Hunter model is for sale at The Hunt Club of Shorewood, an 80-acre community of 166 single-family homes in southwest suburban Shorewood.
