Ada B. Douglas, 76, of Chicago died Wednesday in Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago. Mrs. Douglas was retired, after working as a nurse at Hines Veterans Hospital for 33 years. She was active in social action programs at Congregational Church of Park Manor United Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, James; and three sisters. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Congregational Church of Park Manor UCC, 7000 S. King Drive, Chicago, with the funeral following at 10:30 a.m.
