Edwin Benda, 86, of South Daytona Beach, Fla., formerly of Plano, died Monday in Columbia Hospital in Daytona Beach, Fla. Mr. Benda was retired from Federal Huber and Co., Plano, after 49 years of employment as an electro-plater. He was a member of the Restoration Branch of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of South Daytona. Survivors include his wife, Anna; a son, Roger; two daughters, Dorothy Larson and Nancy Dockendorf; 13 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Sutton Funeral Home, Fillmore, Ill.
