In an era when many entertainment companies are promoting things that tear down the family, it was gratifying to walk into a Walgreen’s drug store on Quentin Road in Palatine recently and see them taking out their liquor department. The clerk explained that Walgreen’s stores were doing this in order to be more family oriented.
How refreshing! Wouldn’t it be wonderful if more companies really tried to uphold family values?
