Mary Signore, 40, of Marengo, died Thursday in Hoffman Estates. Born in Elgin, Mrs. Signore was a certified registered nurse specializing in orthopedics at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago for 18 years. She also served as chairwoman of quality improvements at the hospital. Survivors include her husband, Pat; a son, Pat; four sisters; and a brother. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E. Grant Highway. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
