New York-based Applied Graphics Technologies Inc. opened a pre-press plant in Schaumburg for its MBA Graphics unit. The company said it plans to open another MBA Graphics facility in Dallas by the end of the year. MBA Graphics has plants in Edison, N.J.; Lithia Springs, Ga.; and Fullerton, Calif.
