Leonard C. Johnson, 45, a Chicago native, died Thursday in Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. He was a collector in the insurance industry. He is survived by his wife, Christine; his mother, Frances; and a brother. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
