Elizabeth E. Tobin, 92, of Chicago, died Sunday in Maryhaven Nursing Home in Glenview. She retired in 1978 after working for the City of Chicago for 50 years, most recently as chief clerk of the city collector’s office. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ellen. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. The Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Hilary Church, 5600 N. Fairfield Ave.
