Jan-Michael Madamba, 21, a senior honor student at Boston University, died Sept. 22 of injuries he received in a fall in front of his home in Boston. The Chicago native was studying pre-law and successfully completed an internship in Washington this summer. He was a graduate of Queen of All Saints Basilica elementary school and Loyola Academy. He worked with drug prevention campaigns and various charities throughout the city. Mr. Madamba is survived by his parents, Dr. Eduardo and Dr. Luninging; a sister, Jennifer Ju; and a brother, Jonathan. Services were held Saturday.
