Case Corp. realigned top management and formed an executive committee to coordinate the Racine, Wis.-based company’s global operations. Steven Lamb, chief operating officer, was given the additional post of president at the manufacturer. Jean-Pierre Rosso, chairman and chief executive officer, had held the title of president as well. Theodore French, chief financial officer, was named to the added position of president of financial services. Rosso will head the executive committee, which also will include French and Richard Brennan, Case’s general counsel and secretary.
