Raymond E. Crocker, 76, of Wauconda died Wednesday in Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Mr. Crocker retired from the U.S. Army with the rank of sergeant first class after 22 years of service. He served in World War II and the Korean War. Mr. Crocker is survived by his wife of 48 years, Doris; two daughters, Kay Hanson and Reta Turner; two sons, Thomas and Robert; a sister; and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
